Roger and Angie's Appeal

Dear Friend

We invite you to help

transform Bristol,

Knowle West

and individuals' lives!

We are asking for your help.

Since April 1st 2007, we have enabled the Christian community to work together, to help transform the Bristol region in numerous ways!

For example, we helped to set up Together4Bristol, including various city-wide gatherings, such as with over 5,000 people at Ashton Gate Stadium in 2012. We helped with the Churches City Fund which raised £130,000 to help feed Bristolians in 2020, during the pandemic. We have pioneered releasing Christians in all spheres of life and are helping other towns and cities to do the same!

Since August 2019, we have lived in Knowle West, a deprived estate in South Bristol and now co-lead the Lee Abbey community. We connect with people in many ways, including through local churches' projects, such as a Foodbank, Messy Church, and mentoring children and parents. And through engaging with organisations like Filwood Community Centre, where we serve at gatherings, like Knowle West Fest, which had over 700 visitors.

For more details about what we do, please see our Chrysalis Ministry website.

We are now asking for your financial support to cover a shortfall of £10k each year

since Roger stopped being employed by Together4Bristol. We have received several generous donations, but are sending out our first ever Appeal to help cover the rest!

We invite individuals and organisations to make a small (and preferably regular) donation to cover these costs.

Would you be willing to help us in this way and donate to our Appeal?

If so, please visit the How You Can Help page of the Chrysalis website.

Thank you for taking the time to read this, and for your prayers and kind consideration!

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.

God bless

Roger and Angie Allen
